ANGLETON, Texas - Testimony from several Merck experts who say there is no data supporting the claim that Vioxx causes sudden cardiac death should be stricken because it runs contrary to relevant epidemiological evidence supporting the link, plaintiffs in a Texas Vioxx case argue in a motion filed recently.
