Merck Moves to Exclude Testimony Challenging Autopsy Findings

ANGLETON, Texas - Merck & Co. has moved to exclude testimony from three experts critical of the results of an autopsy conducted on a man who is the subject of what is expected to be the first Vioxx case in the country to go to trial.
