ANGLETON, Texas - Merck & Co. has moved to exclude testimony from three experts critical of the results of an autopsy conducted on a man who is the subject of what is expected to be the first Vioxx case in the country to go to trial. Ernst v. Merck & Co. Inc., et al., No. 19961*BH02 (Texas Dist. Ct., Brazoria Cty.).
