Court Denies Interlocutory Appeal of Decision Dismissing Pharmacist in Arava Case




BATON ROUGE, La. - A plaintiff who claimed that she suffered severe hepatic injury as a result of taking the arthritis drug Arava cannot appeal a judge's recent ruling that pharmacists who filled the prescription should not be held liable for the alleged injuries. Guidry v. Aventis Pharmaceuticals, et al., No. 03-493 (M.D. La.).
