MOBILE, Ala. - A woman's attempt to name 22 Merck employees as potential defendants in her Vioxx products liability suit was rejected by a magistrate judge after the plaintiff admitted that she had not conducted enough discovery to particularly identify the sales reps who interacted with her husband's treating physicians. Carolyn Younge v. Merck & Co., Inc., et al., No. 03-0125-M (S.D. Ala.).
