Judicial Panel Announces Details for Hearing on Motion to Combine Testosterone Therapy Lawsuits

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation will hear argument May 29 on petitions to create a centralized docket for federal lawsuits alleging injuries caused by a variety of testosterone therapy drugs.
An order issued by the JPML on May 19 indicates that oral argument on the motions to transfer testosterone cases to a single judge for pretrial proceedings is slated to begin at approximately 1:30 p.m. The panel will hold its hearing session in the Everett McKinley Dirksen U.S. Courthouse on South Dearborn Street in Chicago.
