PORTLAND, Ore. - Medical monitoring class action lawsuits have been filed in nine states, including Oregon, by the Mercury Vaccine Alliance against the makers and manufacturers of mercury-containing vaccines, as well as two physicians who represent a defendant class of doctors who administered the vaccines without warning parents of the possible risks. Mead, et al. v. Aventis Pasteur, Inc., et al., No. 0107-07137 (Ore. Cir. Ct., Multnomah Cty.).
