COLUMBUS, Ohio - A couple who claim that their infant son's death was caused by his mother's ingestion of Paxil may amend their complaint to bring Ohio Product Liability Act claims against the entities who manufactured and marketed the drug, a federal judge has ruled. Deacon v. Apotex Corp., et al., No. 3:07CV0322 (S.D. Ohio).
