Propulsid MDL Order Establishes Plaintiffs' Litigation Expense Fund

NEW ORLEANS - The Propulsid Products Liability MDL has issued a pretrial order establishing a litigation expense fund for equitable sharing of expenses among plaintiffs' counsel of costs associated with services performed on behalf of all plaintiffs in the litigation. In Re: Propulsid Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1355 (E.D. La.).

Pretrial Order No. 16 establishes the mechanism for creating and administering the fund, a move the court said was not opposed.
