NEW YORK - The New York federal court overseeing Rezulin multidistrict litigation has dismissed a consolidated class action lawsuit seeking to recover on behalf of a class of health benefit plans the amounts the plans paid for Rezulin, diagnostic liver tests and future costs. In re: Rezulin Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 1348), No. 00cv2843 (relating to 01cv2466) (S.D. N.Y.).
