COLUMBUS, Ohio - A judge has dismissed numerous common law product liability claims brought by the parents of an infant who died from alleged Paxil-related heart defects after determining that the causes of action failed to conform with recently amended state product liability laws. Stratford v. SmithKline Beecham Corp., et al., No. 07-639 (S.D. Ohio).
