PORTLAND, Maine - Two experts whose testimony supports allegations that Zyprexa caused a 27-year-old Maine man's hyperglycemic coma and death have been cleared to present their opinions to a jury. Tardy v. Eli Lilly & Co., No. CV-03-538 (Maine Super. Ct., Cumberland Cty.).
