MINNEAPOLIS - A federal judge in Minnesota has dismissed the claims of a man who sued the makers of Reglan more than six years after he allegedly suffered a neurological injury as a result of taking the heartburn drug. Edwards v. Wyeth Inc., et al., No. 07-3921 (D. Minn.).
