Mo. Judge Denies Summary Judgment, Allows Testimony In Pondimin Case

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Missouri federal judge on April 18 denied summary judgment to a plaintiff who alleges that Wyeth's Pondimin caused her primary pulmonary hypertension, finding issues of fact as to whether the prescribing physician knew of the risks associated with the diet drug.
