WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has transferred all federal actions alleging injury caused by Trasylol to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In re Trasylol Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1928 (JPML).
The April 7 order sends 18 lawsuits claiming that Trasylol can cause serious kidney problems to Miami for coordinated pre-trial proceedings under MDL No. 1928.
