ST. LOUIS - A federal appeals court on Jan. 31 upheld a jury's finding in favor of Wyeth Inc. after a woman who developed breast cancer after taking Premarin and Prempro for 10 years sued the company for failing to warn of dangers associated with the HRT drugs. Rush v. Wyeth Inc., No. 07-1822 (8th Cir.).
