Strattera Maker to Face Consumer Claim for 9-Year-Old's Suicide

OMAHA, Neb. - A federal judge has allowed the parents and siblings of a 9-year-old who committed suicide after taking the attention deficit disorder drug Strattera to amend their complaint to include a deceptive trade practices claim. Doyle v. Eli Lilly & Co., No. 06-412 (D. Neb.).
