Judge Refuses to Certify 3-State Fosamax Class Action

NEW YORK - A federal judge has rejected an attempt by plaintiffs to certify three state-wide medical monitoring classes for Fosamax users who claim they are at an increased risk of developing osteonecrosis of the jaw (ONJ) as a result of taking the drug.
