BALTIMORE - A Maryland man who suffered kidney damage shortly after ingesting a pre-colonoscopy bowel cleansing product failed to perform a diligent investigation of the possible cause of his injury and is time-barred from bringing a claim against the drug's manufacturer, a federal judge has ruled. Quillin v. C.B. Fleet Holding Company Inc., et al., No. 07-503 (D. Md.).
