PHOENIX — An Arizona federal judge has allowed a Wright hip implant plaintiff to amend misrepresentation counts the judge found lacking in specificity, but he dismissed an implied warranty claim from a with prejudice after the plaintiff failed to offer opposition. Botha v. Wright Medical Technology, Inc. et al., No. CV 12-8037-PCT-JAT (D. Ariz.).
