Judge Gives Second Chance to Neurontin Plaintiffs' Fraud Claims

NEW YORK - A state court judge has ruled that plaintiffs allegedly injured by Neurontin may be able to plead fraud causes of action against manufacturer Pfizer Inc., given the drug's regulatory history and evidence that it was illegally marketed for off-label use.
