CINCINNATI - A federal judge has thrown out a case brought against Astrazeneca Pharmaceuticals by a woman who claimed that the company failed to adequately warn patients with chronic pain about experiencing new onset muscle-related symptoms as a result of taking the cholesterol drug Crestor. Reece v. AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, No. 05-322 (S.D. Ohio).
