Federal Mirapex Cases Transferred to Minnesota for MDL 1836

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has transferred four cases alleging injury caused by the drug Mirapex to a federal court in Minnesota, joining some 54 others that are pending there. In Re Mirapex Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1836 (JPML).
The federal panel's June 22 decision to transfer and consolidate the cases for centralization in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota creates MDL No. 1836, which was established for pretrial proceedings in the 58 cases and all future similar cases filed in federal court.
