NEW YORK - An expert who exaggerated the details surrounding a plaintiff's ingestion of an ephedra-containing dietary supplement that allegedly led to his stroke cannot testify on matters related to the supplement's side effects, a federal judge has ruled. Singh, et al. v. Herbalife Int'l Communications Inc., et al., No. 06-014 (S.D. N.Y.).
