PHOENIX — A federal judge has dismissed an implied warranty claim from a Wright Technology hip implant case with prejudice, but allowed plaintiffs to amend their complaint to reassert other causes of action that were also dismissed. Parcell, et ux. v. Wright Medical Technology Inc., et al., No. 12-cv-0368-PHX-JAT (D. Ariz.).
Judge James A. Teilborg issued the order July 6 in a product liability actions brought against Wright Medical Technology and Wright Medical Group Inc. by Dale and Kathryn L. Parcell.
