OMAHA, Neb. - A federal court has dismissed the claims of a man who allegedly developed diabetes after taking Risperdal for nearly five years, determining that he should have been aware of the connection more than four years before he filed his complaint. McElroy v. Janssen Pharmaceutica Inc., et al., No. 06-3154 (D. Neb.).
