KANSAS CITY - A Missouri federal judge has denied Wyeth LLC summary judgment on failure-to-warn and strict liability claims brought in a hormone therapy drug action, finding the record contains admissible expert testimony sufficient to establish the existence of a causal link between HRT and the plaintiff’s breast cancer.
