EAST ST. LOUIS - A federal judge has denied a motion to certify a class of Duragesic users who allegedly suffered injuries as a result of their exposure to fentanyl, which allegedly leaked from the transdermal patch as a result of a manufacturing defect. Miller v. Janssen Pharmaceutica Products L.P., et al., No. 05-4076 (S.D. Ill.).
