Judge Refuses to Certify Class of Duragesic Patch Users

EAST ST. LOUIS - A federal judge has denied a motion to certify a class of Duragesic users who allegedly suffered injuries as a result of their exposure to fentanyl, which allegedly leaked from the transdermal patch as a result of a manufacturing defect.
