TRENTON, N.J. - The Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court has issued an order transferring all product liability claims related to the Depo-Provera contraceptive device to a single trial court judge for coordination of discovery. In Re Depo-Provera Contraceptive Injection Litigation, Case No. 276 (N.J. Super Ct., Bergen Cty.).
Chief Justice James R. Zazzali issued the order April 10, directing the transfer of more than 150 cases pending throughout the state to the Bergen County Superior Court. Judge Jonathan N.
