2nd Court in a Week Throws Out Michigan Residents' Drug Suits

NEW YORK, N.Y. - A state court judge has dismissed with prejudice the claims of two Michigan residents who sued the manufacturer of Lipitor in New York, determining that a law limiting the liability of drug makers in the plaintiffs' home state should be applied to the claims.
