NEW YORK - A state court judge has rejected an attempt by Pfizer Inc. to have a Lipitor case thrown out because the plaintiff failed to file his lawsuit within two years of learning that his neurological condition may have been caused by the drug. Wilson v. Pfizer Inc., No. 107932/06 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., New York Cty.).
