LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Jurors have returned a defense verdict in the second federal case to go to trial over Prempro hormone replacement therapy. In re: Prempro Products Liability Litigation, No. 03-1507; Rush v. Wyeth, et al., No. 05-497 (E.D. Ark.).
Jurors returned the verdict for Prempro maker Wyeth Inc. on Feb. 15, determining that plaintiff Helen Rush failed to prove that the company inadequately warned of a link between Prempro and breast cancer.
