Plaintiffs: Bone Tissue Sterilization Process Doesn't Kill All Virus

NEWARK, N.J. - Plaintiffs in the human tissue transplant litigation have asked a federal judge to reject the defendants' contention that their products are incapable of causing disease because they are subjected to a rigorous sterilization process prior to implantation.
