DENVER - A Paxil plaintiff has failed in her attempt to limit discovery in her case only to issues that would have bearing on the outcome of a statute of limitations defense asserted by defendant GlaxoSmithKline. Fahrenkrog v. GlaxoSmithKline, No. 06-01535 (D. Colo.).
Magistrate Judge Michael J. Watanabe of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado ruled Feb. 1 that discovery may proceed as originally ordered by the court, and will include depositions of physicians who treated John M. Fahrenkrog.
