Miss. Supreme Court Says Proper Venue Where Plaintiff Took Drug

JACKSON, Miss. - Mississippi's Supreme Court has reversed a trial court order denying Wyeth's motion to change venue in a Redux lawsuit, finding that the lower court erred in not transferring the case to the county in which plaintiff ingested the drug.
