Defendants Cite Science in Move to Dismiss Tissue MDL Cases

TRENTON, N.J. - Defendants in the federal human tissue litigation have moved to dismiss all claims against them, arguing their products could not have possibly caused the diseases plaintiffs say they contracted after being implanted with the allegedly contaminated products.
