Judge Denies Wyeth's Motion to Quash Subpoenas in Next Prempro MDL Trial

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The judge presiding over the Prempro MDL has denied Wyeth's motions to quash subpoenas seeking to compel two of its employees to appear at the next federal trial involving the hormone replacement therapy drug.
