ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The parties in the Celexa/Lexapro MDL have agreed to a protective order, aimed to preserve the confidentiality of documents containing trade secrets and other confidential research. In re Celexa and Lexapro Products Liability Litigation. MDL No. 1736. Case No. 4:06-cv-1736 (E.D. Mo.).
On Aug. 25, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri Judge Rodney M. Sippel signed the parties' agreed protective order, which requires the parties to mark any written discovery or responses that contain private information and trade secrets as confidential.
