NEW ORLEANS - The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has reversed a lower court's order granting summary judgment to Wyeth in a Texas woman's claim against the company for her alleged Reglan-induced injuries, finding that the drug's label did not adequately warn about the risk of her disease. McNeil v. Wyeth. No. 05-10509 (5th Cir. Ct. App.).
