NEW ORLEANS - The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has reversed a lower court's order granting summary judgment to Wyeth in a Texas woman's claim against the company for her alleged Reglan-induced injuries, finding that the drug's label did not adequately warn about the risk of her disease. McNeil v. Wyeth. No. 05-10509 (5th Cir. Ct. App.).

On Aug. 22, the Appeals Court remanded the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas' order, finding that while Reglan's label does warn about the risk of tardive dyskinesia - a neurological syndrome - it does not adequately represent the level …
