ST. LOUIS - The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a district court's decision to award summary judgment to Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) after finding that the case was barred by the statute of limitations because the plaintiff was aware of her addiction to Stadol three years before filing suit. Cynthia Schafer Uhiren v. Bristol-Myers Squibb, Co., Inc., No. 02-3413 (8th Cir.).
