STATESVILLE, N.C. - A North Carolina widower is appealing a judge's order granting summary judgment to GlaxoSmithKline in his case against the manufacturer for his wife's alleged Imitrex-related death, saying he filed his suit within the state's three-year statute of limitations. Faulise v. SmithKline Beecham Corp. No. 5:05-cv-200 (W.D. N.C.).
