CHICAGO - An Illinois woman has sued Purepack Pharmaceutical Co., claiming that the company's generic Reglan drug caused her akathesia, anxiety and depression. Miller, et al. v. Purepack Pharmaceutical Co. No. 06-3801 (N.D. Ill.).
Sheilla Miller sued Purepack Pharmaceutical Co., Actavis Group, Amide Pharmaceuticals Inc., Alpharma Inc., Barre National Inc., Faulding Inc. and Mayne Group Ltd. on June 16 in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
