Borgert, Ph.D. Dr. Borgert received an artium baccalaurei from Kenyon College and a doctoral degree in Medical Sciences from the Department of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, University of Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Borgert is currently president of Applied Pharmacology and Toxicology, Inc., Gainesville, FL (www.apt-pharmatox.com), and is a faculty member at the Center for Environmental and Human Toxicology in the Department of Physiological Sciences, University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, where he has an active research program in collaboration with other faculty and lectures on pharmacology, toxicology and environmental policy.
