AUGUSTA, Ga. - A Georgia federal judge has denied The Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Co.'s motion for summary judgment on claims that it marketed its Crest Pro-Health Rinse mouthwash with the knowledge that it might stain teeth and cause taste impairment.
