KANSAS CITY, Kan. - A judge has permitted a company that was sued in an ephedra personal injury action to pursue its third-party indemnification claim against two co-defendants that have been dismissed from the case on statute of limitations grounds. Spicer v. New Image International Inc., et al., No. 04-2184 (D. Kan.).
