NEWARK, N.J. - Plaintiffs in the Human Tissue litigation have been denied an opportunity to force defendants to disclose reams of information they said is needed to respond to a so-called 'science first' motion that described the process used to sterilize harvested human tissue prior to transplantation. In re Human Tissue Products Liability Litigation, No. 06-135 (D. N.J.).
