PHILADELPHIA - McNeil-PPC Inc. has moved for post-trial relief after a Philadelphia jury awarded $5 million to the parents of a child who died from ingesting acetaminophen, saying the child's autopsy revealed more acetaminophen in his blood than in the amount of Infants' Tylenol his parents allegedly gave him.
