MINNEAPOLIS — A Mirapex injury suit is time-barred by Nevada’s two-year statute of limitations because the plaintiff became aware of a possible connection between the Parkinson’s drug and compulsive behavior in 2007, a federal appellate court has affirmed. Ridenour v. Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc., et al., No. 11-2606 (8th Cir.).

On May 31, the 8th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals further ruled that the two-year statute of limitations applies to the plaintiff’s strict liability claim.
