OAKLAND, Calif. - A California woman has sued Pfizer Inc. and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc., saying her ingestion of its Mirapex drug caused her unidentified injuries. Bottiglieri v. Pfizer Inc., et al. No. 06-03248 (N.D. Calif.).
Therese Bottiglieri sued the manufacturers in the Superior Court of California, Sonoma County, on April 7 (No. 238475), claiming injuries from her use of Mirapex (pramipexole dihydrochloride). Bottiglieri used Mirapex for an unspecified amount of time.
