BROOKLYN, N.Y. - A federal judge, in the midst of considering whether some 2,000 Zyprexa claims should be remanded to state court, has taken the opportunity to call on Congress to extend the Class Action Fairness Act to some MDL actions, such as those involving pharmaceutical claims.
