OMAHA, Neb. - A Nebraska couple have sued Eli Lilly & Co. Inc., claiming that the company's Strattera Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder drug caused the suicide death of their nine-year-old son. Doyle, et al. v. Eli Lilly & Co. Inc. No. 8:06-cv-00412 (D. Neb.).
David and Michaela Doyle filed their complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska on May 31, claiming that their son Sean hung himself after consuming Eli Lilly's Strattera (atomoxetine HCI) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) medication for four months.
